Margarita Gulevska – Executive Director
Graduated philologist. She has many years of experience in the civil sector. She is actively involved in the development, management and implementation of projects related to the use of assistive technology, inclusion of students with disabilities in education and the provision of services in the community. Has experience in preparing organizational plans and reports, delivering training and research. She has participated in a research on the need for assistive technology in education. Author and co-author of several publications and analyzes in the field of assistive technology and cooperation between the civil society and the media.
She has been in “Open the Windows” since June 2006.
Ms. Radmila Stojkovska Aleksova
Ms. Radmila Stojkovska Aleksova
Radmila is the head of the Center for Assistive Technology at Open Windows. The long-term work in the association and the active involvement in the projects and activities of the service, upgrade her initial education in the field of special education and rehabilitation.
She is a trainer, author of several manuals and publications in the field of inclusive education and assistive technology, but also an active participant and researcher in this field. Radmila also has experience as a lecturer on assistive technology, at the State University in Tetovo, for students from the group of special education and rehabilitation.

Ms. Marija Velinovska Velkovska
Marija (special educator and rehabilitator) has been part of the Open the Windows team since 2012. From the beginning, she is involved in working directly with the users of the center where she provides individual support for people with different types of disabilities, support for teachers and families. The practical experience at the center and the ability to apply a variety of assistive devices with a large number of users enables her involvement in project tasks. She is a creator and trainer in the field of assistive technology and inclusive education. She is also part of a research team working in the same field. Marija also has experience in creating accessible educational content for children with different types of disabilities. She shares experiences to several working groups working on developing an accessible educational program.

Kristijan Lazarev

Kristijan Lazarevski – Coordinator of HUB IT/ Web Accessibility Tester
Kristijan has been working in “Open the Windows” since September 2019. In addition to the main tasks of testing web accessibility and coordinating the Hub IT program, to a greater or lesser extent, he is actively involved in other ongoing and project activities of the association, especially where he as a person with a disability (completely impaired kind) can share his practical experience in the fields of assistive technology and special education and rehabilitation.
Gjorge Janev
Gjorge Janev
Gjorge is a graduate economist, has been a part-time employee of the association since 2017 and heads the administration and finance department. He has many years of experience in managerial positions, in managing fund finances in the civil sector. During his engagement in the civil sector, he was also the economic program coordinator and participated in research on women and unemployment, and the position of women in the labor market, in cooperation with the Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia. He comes from the private sector where he is employed with continuous work, but civic activism is also his professional challenge.

Dragana Dojchinovska
Dragana Dojchinovska
Dragana has worked as a clinical speech therapist at the Center for Assistive Technology since December 2017. She is involved in working directly with users who receive support through a standard way of working but also through assistive technology. The purpose of this support is to develop proper vocalization, communication and articulation of voices.

Vladimir Jakimovski
Vladimir Jakimovski has been in “Open the Windows” since the beginning of 2020, as an associate for finance and administration. He keeps current financial and administrative records, participates in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, financial reports, plans and other goals of the association.
